Areas of Practice
Litigation - Product Liability: 

• Specializes in complex products liability cases, drug and medical device litigation and toxic tort litigation, including asbestos litigation for manufacturers, distributors and suppliers.
• Experience in claims management in multiple jurisdictions for various mass tort clients, including supervision of the preparation of 50 or more trial-listed cases per month.
• Serves as defense liaison counsel for asbestos litigation in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas.
• Experience also includes complex multi-district litigation, class actions, negligence cases and insurance law.
